HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Don't worry, it's super easy! To order, simply click on the product and click on the 'Add to Cart' button to add it to your cart. You will not have commited to buy at this stage.

Once you have added your products to your cart, click the little shopping basket icon at the top right of the webpage and continue to checkout to confirm your order. If you'd like to order multiples of any items, you can do this from within the cart view. Simply click the little '+' next to each item.

You can still amend your order at any point up until the “Payment” page.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?

If you have already placed your order, unfortunately we cannot add extra items into the system.

If your orginal order has not yet been despatched we'll gladly combine postage and refund you the difference. If your orginal order has already been despatched we cannot amend postage.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you order has not been despatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

If we have already despatched your order you will need to return your order. All return information can be found in the 'returns' section below.

DO ALL GOODS APPEAR EXACTLY AS THEY DO ON SCREEN?

We strive to ensure all of our product photography is as clear and realistic as possible. Similarly we include lifestyle shots of products with other items to give an idea of size and scale.

However please be aware that the colour you see on the screen may differ slightly to the physical item. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur.

Our handmade items, by their very nature are unique and will therefore be slightly different in their own ways to the photographs.
